➢ In order to eliminate the unlawfulness in the retention and processing
of personal data, to eliminate the violations or to resolve the
consequences of the violation, the persons concerned must have the
right to appeal.
➢ As a rule, processing of the data of special nature without seeking
the consent of the person concerned is prohibited and it should be
remembered that personal data can be processed without the consent
of the concerned persons only in cases where the law no. 6698 on the
Protection of Personal Data allows.
➢ It should be ensured that natural and legal persons who have such
authority as collection, retention, rectification, destruction etc. of
personal data protect such data in compliance with the law.

➢ In cases where natural and legal persons violate the right to data
protection, fines and sanctions provided for in the legislation must be
imposed.
