An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor
does a non-Arab have any superiority over an Arab;
a white has no superiority over a black nor does a
black have any superiority over a white.

he principle of equality means that those who are going through the same
Tlegal situation must be subject to the same provisions. The principle of
equality requires that the administration offer public services equally to those
whose legal status is the same and not make any distinction.

This principle means that the administration should,

➣ Treat those in the same situation the same way,
Take measures where necessary to ensure equality,

Give equal treatment while providing public services and prohibit
discrimination,

Prevent the formation of privileged individuals and communities by
applying different practices to those in the same situation
