make will be in vain because this nation will prevail in its struggle with
its stregnth derived from its history and the heritage it inherited.
The purpose of various initiatives that are taken in different parts of
our country have been recognized by our people in the short run.
Despite the sorrow and frustration in its heart, our nation recognizes
very well the games that are played. In your presence, I would like to
extend my heartfelt gratitude to each and every member of my people
who remain cool-headed vis-à-vis the tricks of the provocateurs.

In the meantime, the members of the terrorist organization are also
trying to stage a callous scenario in various districts of the country. The
terrorist infiltrating into the civilians are trying to mature a picture like
the government is the enemy of the citizens.
Esteemed Friends,
I would like you to know the following: funerals are held for the terrorist
who are shot dead in this country and even wrapping their coffin with
the flag of the terrorist organization in order to make it look like the
deceased was a civilian and they are trying to make it globally viral via
social media. Of course, significant support is provided internally with
this end. I strongly believe that as a nation, we will altogether change
the rules of the game.

Without doubts, these terrorists have serious supporters in the Western 3 rd INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM ON OMBUDSMAN INSTITUTIONS
countries. We keep reminding of this to the western friends but their
agenda is different. I would like to reiterate that it is important for
the Occidental friends, in particular the ones who are ombudsman to
review this matter at origin. I believe that you should be aware of these
realities and see them. Turkey is not a country that is governed by an
autocratic regime. To the contrast, it is a country that has digested
and absorbed democracy but I would like you to know that there are
citizens in this country who are forced to cast vote, at gun point.
When the members of the OSCE come to Turkey, they must prepare
their reports accordingly. They will never ever prevent our democratic
initiative with the reports that are prepared by disregarding such a
situation. I want them to be rest assured about it.
Unfortunately, someone who is a politician is a stunt in this scenario.
Of course, this game of betrayal has a media pillar that is trying to
