And there are complaints brought to us by the NHRI this is a symbiotic
relationship, there are some cases that we just sent to our other
institute and we are just sending them to the NHRI. Therefore we are
working in reciprocity we know about the complaints and if cannot
really decide upon a case we sent it to the NHRI. We did this cooperation
between the two institutes only facilitate the whole procedure because
I’ve been working as a mediator for almost 15 years because I’ve never
seen a case that the authority was an issue. But if there is an issue of
authority of course we would just come up with a solution between
the two institutions. We are working hand in hand. We are two distinct
bodies but we are working together. We are working simultaneously
together and in cases of emergency we work together distinguished
Chair and the national human rights institute and its statute as you can
see here there is a convention and in such cases they might just work
together in cooperation with the other institutes so there might be an
information flow as well. Here we called it an institute not a mediating
institute not a mediator.
On the 17 of March we have accepted the term mediator. And in each
th
intervention field in cases of emergency they might just intervene any
time. If that individual or a group just had a complaint about violation
of their human rights they might use any method against this violation
so they can intervene. But this is another case, this is another issue
because me and the current ombudsman we have worked together
previously. This is about the ombudsman institute and we work
together in the reconciliation so there is no problem, there can be
no problems at all. There is no question of authority and there is
no conflict of interest or there is no conflict of authority. We might
sometimes discuss about the recommendations but we will always
come up with the solutions that we might have.
