 As a result of transition to Presidential Government System and in
parallel with the abolition of the Prime Ministry, the system of BIMER
was terminated and the applications to BIMER were directed to CIMER.
 With the Issuance of the Presidential Circular No.2018/13 dated
11/10/2018, a number of rules regarding all applications to public
institutions and organisations were set forth with a view to eliminating
the elements causing unwieldiness in public services, ensuring swift
and quality provision of services, avoiding behaviours that harm the
integration of the State and nation.
