The role of judicial inspectors with special powers, inspectors who
enjoys special judicial powers assume the duty of investigation,
interrogation and collection of the evidence levelling charge and
obtaining the defense of the people who have been charged with
relation to the offensive of government officers such as embezzlement,
illegal seizure of the public government property, briberies, favoritism
and misconduct of people and individual. Inspectors can issue a
according to the criminal procedural law if they think the accused
person will run away or destroy the evidence and traces the crimes.
Inspectors can even issue an arrest warrant upon the agreement of
the inspector. The GIO of Iran has also taking remarkable measures
to combat administrative and economic cooperation. The head of
the organization has the highest judicial rank who can monitor and
pursue all activities related to the insurance and the theft of insurance
of banking resources such as personal and investment deposit and
credit offered by the government to the private and to the government
sectors as withdraw the peoples accounts and the resources to the
benefit of non-beneficiary person and considered embezzlement.

Duties of the other organizations, actually Excellency shortened the
Farsi version but I try to just concise because of the recommendation
of the head of the session, so the duties of other organization, the other
organization shall cooperate with the GIO of Iran in providing required
evidence and documents. They also deal with administrative and the
disciplinary offences of the government officials in the related boards.
Court and tribunal shall deal with such offences based on Article 6 of
the law in cooperation of the GIO of Iran, such organization should
consider and deal with the report extraordinary with three months
of receiving the report of the offences if more time is required the
organization shall provide the reasons. As per the Article 6, people can
appeal the decisions of the GIO of Iran in a court. This is an absolute
right which goes for beyond the authorities of the prosecutor who can
appeal the verdicts of the court under the circumstances, any call for
appeal concerning the warrants and the verdicts shall be considered
out of order.

Ladies and gentlemen in conclusion, I would like to once again thank
the organizer of this conference in such a short time I could not explain
more about the GIO of Iran as well as its related rules and regulations,
